Doug brings unique capabilities and experience to the practice of law, adding his own distinctive qualities to the firm’s mix of resources. While his main areas of practice include estate planning, business and real estate law, Doug has the ability to solve a variety of client needs. He has represented landlords in various management issues from tenant relations to leasing and property management as well as commercial and residential real estate purchases through all stages of the transaction. Before joining the firm Doug worked in business and construction management. Using the experience gained from these fields Doug is able to combine his understanding of a client’s needs with a hands-on approach to the law, to create practical legal solutions.
Doug was raised in Cleveland and received a BBA in Finance from the University of Cincinnati in 2000. He received his J.D. from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2004. Doug is a member of the Dayton and Ohio State Bar Associations. In addition to serving his profession, Doug has contributed to the community by participating in projects to build community playgrounds and services as well as providing assistance with high school students’ preparation for state exams. Outside the office you may find Doug, enjoying many outdoor activities such as running, scuba diving and skiing.
